Refunds

Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item or an item of equal value, subject to availability.

Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within a limited time after purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Once your order has been processed and tracking information has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the order is already in transit and must be treated as a completed shipment.

Alternative Option
